New license for code and update for assets'

As you might have noticed we changed license for code from GNU GPLv3 to New BSD. Plus we updated license for assets from CC BY-SA to CC-BY which approximately means the derived works don't need to keep license anymore. The condition the original author's name must be mentioned remains.
Reason why to change license again is incompatibility of previous ones with UDK EULA.
